Mawlid al-Nabawi: Popular Enthusiasm and Royal Ceremony
Mawlid al-Nabawi, or the celebration of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad, is one of the most important religious events in the Muslim world.

👑 A royal ceremony tonight in Rabat for Mawlid al-Nabawi
On the occasion of this spiritual celebration, King Mohammed VI, in his capacity as Commander of the Faithful, will preside over a religious ceremony at the Hassan Grand Mosque in Rabat on Thursday, September 4, at 7 p.m.
According to the official statement from the Ministry of the Royal Household, this celebration will include:
- reading verses from the Quran,
- praise to the Prophet Muhammad,
- as well as religious teachings emphasizing the values of peace, brotherhood, and humanity.
